Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Beautdrmobility website at beautdrmobility.world or enrolling in our Spanish language courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our Spanish language courses, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen course package
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment is due at the time of enrollment or according to the billing schedule for monthly packages. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

Course Access and Attendance

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to:

  • Scheduled live Spanish language instruction sessions
  • Digital course materials and resources
  • Support services as outlined in your package

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy, subject to instructor availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule individual sessions by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with appropriate advance notice as specified in your enrollment agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson content, exercises, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Beautdrmobility or its licensors. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission
  • Record or screenshot live sessions without explicit consent
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes

Materials are provided solely for your personal learning purposes.

User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with instructors and, if applicable, other students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your enrollment without refund.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and enrollment
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without authorization
  • Not use our services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or networks
  • Not use automated systems or bots to access our services without prior written permission

Violation of these acceptable use guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services, without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality Spanish language instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes. Language acquisition varies based on individual effort, practice, and natural aptitude. Our courses are provided on an as-is basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Beautdrmobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our website or courses
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to remedies including refund, replacement, or compensation for damages.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online sessions. Minimum requirements include a reliable internet connection, webcam, microphone, and updated web browser.

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify our course offerings, pricing, and these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services or these Terms of Use, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter directly. We are committed to working with you in good faith to address any concerns.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication:

  • You may seek assistance from the relevant consumer protection authority in your state or territory
  • For matters covered by the Australian Consumer Law, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state's consumer affairs office
  • Disputes may be referred to mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before proceeding to litigation

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law and Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, including:

  • The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law
  • The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles
  • Other applicable federal and state laws of Australia

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have additional rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use are to be interpreted in a way that preserves your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
